A Few Words About Me (English)
Hello and welcome. My name is Li Daiping. I am a native Chinese woman who was born into a well educated family. I have over ten years of experience with English. This includes, many interactions with English speakers and studying for a masters degree in English literature. So, I am very familiar with western culture.
Being born in China, and living in China pretty much all of my life has also made me very good at Chinese. But if you don't believe me, just see my Chinese below. I am also very interested in classical and contemporary Chinese literature. This includes, poetry of the Tang and Song dynasties, The Dream of Red Mansions by Cao Xueqin, Eileen Chang, and Yu Hua.
My experience has made me good at translating a wide variety of documents ranging from children's literature, business contracts, university promotions, and scientific patent applications.

你好，欢迎来到翻译小作坊，我是李戴萍。虽然我是土生土长的中国人，但我学习英语已有十多年了。我经常和以英语为母语的朋友相互交流，并且将要获得英语语言文学专业的硕士学位。因而我对西方文化很是了解。
生在中国，长在中国，这使得我对中文，中国文化有很好的了解。相信，懂中文的朋友看到这篇中文稿就能知道我的中文水平也是不错的。我对中国古典文学，近当代文学都很感兴趣。比如唐诗宋词，曹雪芹的《红楼梦》，张爱玲，余华。
我有着较宽领域的英汉互译实践经验。比方说，我翻译过儿童文学，商务合同，大学宣传材料，科技专利申请文件。
